Responsibilities Sat on committee to assist in planning of tournament Designed logo, advertisments, registration forms, sponsorship forms, score cards, wrote correspondense for prize requests Contacted local businesses to solicit silent auction and prize items Scheduled staff and assisted in preparing staff and volunteers in tournament day duties Assisted all areas on event day: volunteer organization and assistance, registration table, staff requirements, restaurant and catering, emcee's needs, ensured reception flowed and maintained timing of agenda, assisted in silent auction, prize allocations Set-up and clean-up
